As all our items are digital—such as downloadable guides, templates, planners, maps, and language tools—they are delivered instantly via email or direct access after purchase and are not eligible for return in the traditional sense.
Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds by default. However, we understand that unexpected issues can arise, and we strive to approach each situation with fairness and understanding.
If you experience any technical difficulties—such as being unable to download the product, receiving a damaged or incomplete file, or encountering a bug that prevents normal use—please don’t hesitate to report the issue. In these cases, we’ll first offer support to fix the problem or provide you with an updated file. If the problem persists and the product cannot be used as intended, we will evaluate the situation and may issue a full or partial refund based on the circumstances.
Refunds may also be considered if you genuinely believe the product does not match the description or fails to include the features or value it promised. We will review the product listing, compare it to what was delivered, and if we find that it does not meet our advertised standards, we will take action to resolve the matter—either through correction, replacement, or refund.
All refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. To be eligible, we may require a brief explanation of the issue and, in some cases, supporting screenshots or notes. Our goal is to use this information to assess the situation fairly and ensure our products meet your expectations.
Please note that we do not offer refunds in the following cases: if you changed your mind after purchase, selected a product by mistake, misunderstood the product’s purpose despite the available description, or simply decided that the product does not suit your taste or travel plans.
